If you have not been to Sushi and Salad then you really have to. The decor is beautiful, the nicest decorated toilets i've ever seen, BUT..... but the food- OMG! and I mean OMG it is absolutely delicious, fresh, colourful, out of this world flavours. Then like a little cherry on top, you have friendly staff, who are helpful if you need help chosing what to eat, nothing was too much trouble at all. My daughter and I have been a few times and everytime it has been nothing short of Excellent. I will say I have eaten in many restaurants in the UK, Europe and across the world, and this one is the my number 1. It also doesn't break the bank to eat here.

Following my previous review I was kindly invited by Juliana for a complimentary dinner, and I've been truly converted and can't wait to become a regular. The ambiance is vibrant, the service impeccable, and the food, simply outstanding. Each dish showcased a level of culinary excellence that completely changed my perspective. Now, I understand why the restaurant was bustling during my initial visit. It's clear that Sushi and Salad deserves its reputation for delivering an exceptional dining experience. My heartfelt thanks to the team for their hospitality and for turning my disappointment into a delightful experience. Thank you so much Juliana and Emmanuel. Highly recommended!

First time having sushi and it was delicious and beautifully presented. Bit of trouble using chopsticks for the first time, but the staff were brilliant teaching me how to use them. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant, although it was a bit cramped.Dietary restrictions: Staff asked straight away if we had any dietary requirements.

5 stars for Sushi and Salad!!!! I always wanted to try this place, but never really got a chance until today. Sister and I went there for lunch, we've been welcomed by Nemo a lovely and kind young lady, she offered us a cozy table by the window, and she spent time with us talking and explaining everything, as we were first time customers. I ordered chicken ramen, and sister teriyaki pork with rice. I love ramen but this one was the best I ever have tasted, the broth was full of taste, the chicken amazingly marinated and coated with sesame seeds, delicious. My sister's teriyaki was again super tasty, tender pork, great dish. We will definitely visit Sushi and Salad again, and this time I would like to try Sushi and tempura. All the staff was extremely kind and caring, the restaurant is very clean, food is superb, what else? Nothing else to say just go and enjoy!!!!!Emanuela and Cecilia

Best Sushi that we've found in the area! It has a low capacity so definitely get a booking, ESPECIALLY if you have more than 4 people. Yo uwill get turned away (they're always busy).Other reviewers have mentioned that it seems overpriced, but i disagree. We've never had a bad dish here and the same offerring in Cambridge would be much more. So I suppose it's all about perspective.Pros: We found the service while dining to be solid. Staff was helpful in making selections and checking on is during our visit. gyozo and soft shell crab roll were insanely tasty.Cons: Its hard to just walk up and dine on a whim. Last time we dined we were told our reservation didn't exist. They were in the midst of converting to a new reservations system (which you would have no way of knowing). They were able to fit us in, but it was nerve wracking as we had traveled in more than a half hour. Space can get loud when. If you get seated in the center table you'll feel like you're getting bumped throughout your whole meal.Overall would reccomendKid-friendliness: Family FriendlyWheelchair accessibility: Not easily acessible, very limited floor space to maneuver. Toilets upstairs.
