Nice and compact little cafe with just seven tables available. Judging by the amount of people that turned up, peered through the door, saw that it was full and walked away this is truly a gem of a place. Good fast friendly service and the tables were cleared and cleaned down as soon as they became vacant. Called in to Ely on a coach trip to Cromer. We walked up the high street and came across this lovely little cafe. I had a lovely warm sausage roll with chutney which was delicious and other members of the family had a toasty which came with crisps and side salad which I was told was delicious to. Very clean cafe and plenty staff and I was impressed with the way the lady cleaned the table by spraying her cloth first and not spraying the table.??

It was wet & windy outside, and we were ready for lunch! Lovely selection of hot & cold sandwiches, jacket spuds and soups, along with cakes and pastries. Hot & cold drinks too. We had toasties and soup, and all 3 of us wanted tea so she offered a big teapot - yes please! All the food was fresh, tasty, and good value.
