Have to say I usually don't visit a Costa for my coffee fix but myself and my friend stopped in today to try and we were very pleasantly surprised with our visit ? Very much enjoyed our cappuccino, tea and the bean & cheese toastie. Very decent offer of products available and the shop floor was being kept clean and tidy. Lovely customer service from behind the counter, Elissa and her colleague were very chatty and friendly.
Visited Costa in the Next store at Brotherhoods retail park. Courtney was the only staff member on duty, poor girl. She greeted people by name, worked fast and efficiently and is a credit to Costa. Its obvious that the regulars love her just a pity the company can't support her with more staff.

Came in for an ice cream soda, only to be told no ice cream available, so I picked something from the advertising screen behind the counter, and three times was told they weren't available!!!! ?
