i lived in werrington for 30 years and used jade garden regularly and was proud that werrington had possibly the best chinese food in peterborough but i ordered again yesterday and the food was disgusting rice was dry, stale chips were awful as if everything was cooked yesterday and reheated dreadful food avoid
I don't like luncheon meat in my food to bulk it out. I would prefer more beansprouts. The rest of the food is not wholly traditional Chinese. Having lived in the orient, they do not seem to be able to replicate that flavour, it is not as they say in their menu 'traditional'.I note the hygiene rating for this place is at 4 but their menus say 5. Best chinese in Peterborough, everything perfect. Food piping hot, only took 40 minute delivery which is good for a chinese place. Salt and pepper chips best I've ever tasted, chicken balls too. Curry was unbeliveable. £3 salt and pepper chips for a large chippy box! Insane. Unreal food.
