A member of staff dropped a box of coffee stirrers on the floor. A lot of them should have gone in the bin since they made contact with the dirty floor. However the staff member collected them up, put them back in the box and some in the condiment station stirrer holder. Food hygiene was not this staff members strong point sadly, retraining required!!!!

Food and service good. Always stop here as its a convenient stop on our journey. Usually quite busy.Only comment would be that for me the air conditioning /heating and or blowers always seem set to give a cooler temperature than other McDonald's and keep my coat on !!
