Gwyn (land lady) and Cathy (senior bar staff) are very welcoming and ready to help make your choice of drinks, very friendly and fun.Venue is much brighter and comfortable seating has been added, lovely relaxing and easy atmosphere.
Gwyn has taken on this ‘one off’ Batemans Real Ale pub. A popular CAMRA pub with friendly staff and regulars alike. Busy on Peterborough United home game for both home and away fans enjoying life. Give it a go it’s well worth the visit to the Oundle Road jewel.

Has been my favourite real ale pub in Peterborough for years. Always a top range of beers on tap chilled in the back room, and they get new ones in all the time. Had a Harvest Pale this time - delicious! I think they recently changed ownership and the front room has been decorated. This pub is a hidden gem ????
