We stopped here for a night in our camper on a whim. It's possibly the friendliest pub I've ever visited. There was a few locals in as it was just a Tuesday night, about all of them at some point acknowledged us or started a conversation about the area etc. The landlord was also super helpful telling us where we could order food from, where to go for walks and of a coffee stall outside the front of the pub in the morning (Kiwi coffee, also amazing and reasonably priced). Stayed here for an overnight stop over in our Motorhome.Landlord couldn't do enough for you.You can order a Takeaway and eat it in the pub and the Breakfast was 10 out of 10!Friendly atmosphere will defernately stay again!

We just had our wedding reception here, The buffet was amazing, the pub was decorated beautifully, Landlord and Landlady are fantastic people, friendly people great atmosphere!
