We do a regular cross country run to Sudbury and this is a good place to stop for a coffee. Clean premises, good parking, friendly efficient service.

First time I've been when it has been open. I usually go past it a lot earlier. It's a typical Costa & was busy when we arrived. The kind staff brought our tray over to us. Usually, one day earlier we had to wait for our order at Starbucks. So for service definitely a point up.

Visited at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Around 8 customers waiting a long time for orders. Toilets were filthy and looked like hadn't been cleaned for days and more than half of the tables still had not been cleared off from the previous customers. The place is obviously understaffed and I felt sorry for the 1 barista struggling to keep up with the orders while the lady on the till just kept taking more and more orders. The queue for the drive through was nearly out of the car park entrance too. This place would be great if they took more staff on.

I’ve been to this branch a few times now. The coffee is hit & miss - sometimes too cool & insipid and sometimes just right. Occasionally the incorrect drink is served due to lack of attention Some staff are super friendly whilst others look bored and disinterested. My main gripe with this branch is lack of cleanliness. The seating is stained, the tables are left with used cups etc. in the afternoons, quite often drinks are served in takeaway cups because the washing up hasn’t been done. Overall, this branch needs a sprucing up.
