I visited this store on Thursday 17th March at the Tesco in Royston, and the 2 ladies displayed the best customer service I have ever experienced in a costa.Demi was so friendly kind and helpful with not just me but all the customers and she would share a joke and showed a genuine interest. Very personable.She brought over our food and coffees and it seemed like we were the only customers. I visited here on 17thof march we received the best service from Demi. Kind genuine and personable, Great atmosphere in the shop and service was very quick with the best made coffee I have ever had in a costa. Staff in this store are a credit to your company. I will definitely be returning. Thank you

Very spacious coffee shop. Clean and quiet, with friendly and efficient staff. On first floor but helpfully has lift access.Wheelchair accessibility: Large lift straight into first floor location.
