Hate complaining, but when i place an order through the drive through and items are missing so i phone up to resolve it. To be told I checked the bag and so did my colleague, insinuating I'm telling lies is appalling. Asked to speak to a manager to be told I am the manager definitely not been on any customer service or manager courses shocking.
Service was exceptional compared to the horrific service at hazel grove macdonalds. Ate in an actually got my food on a tray with out asking. Service at the till was very quick compared to the other mentioned macdonalds.clearly run at a higher standard. Think the managers here need to train those in hazel grove. Well done bredbury.
