On arriving we weren’t met but a member of staff we had to ask where we should sit . Three or four young lads (staff) were milling around loudly with isn’t very professional . After a good ten minutes I had to ask one poorly dressed member of staff if anyone was serving . We then were served and had a nice meal . I noticed all the girls who were serving were impeccably dressed the poorly dressed lad we thought was the pot wash was serving which surprised us . Sadly we had picked Swettenham instead of others in the area .poor service and scruffy appearance let the experience down .

Drinks on the bar are all mixed up. Ordered hazy IPA and got lager.

It is an excellent hidden gem of a place. Go in the good weather but book to avoid the rush.

Expect to get an apology for uneaten inedible food, however, don't expect it to be removed from the bill. Classic failure. Classic Robinsons.

Forgot my drink 3 times, the food was mediocre at best, i asked multiple times where my drink was but it never arrived and despite this we were still charged. Im appalled at the service, even once the pub is quiet i see 5 staff members stood around the bar doing nothing. £10 forgotten drink.

Booked restaurant 2 weeks in advance, confirmed table. Get there no table double booked. We didn't get the table.Staff blamed a computer for their problems. It was at this point I thought. Oh no children are running this establishment. They were. This is when I knew no matter what I said these kids would know better.I sat down made a mental note to myself. I won't be driving to the middle of nowhere for such below standard service by a computer. It definitely wasn't the children's problem.

Our first time here and we're made to feel very welcome by the staff. The meal was excellent and was served very quickly. We will certainly return.
The place was so busy because it was a lovely sunny day. ☀️Despite being run off their feet, the team were friendly and efficient.Grace and Ben were both attentive and the food was fabulous. ?Thank you to the kitchen for our wonderful Sunday Dinners!Beef and Vegan choices were delicious, as was the creamed leek side ?Will be coming back soon - with the dog! As we saw you are a dog friendly pub, even with a doggy menu!Vegetarian options: Vegan and veggi options - they were very tasty too!Parking: Large parking area with plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: Saw child chairs available and plenty of children enjoying their food. Not intrusive either.Wheelchair accessibility: Low threshold for wheelchair users and a little ramp down.

Food was nice but all the staff looked very miserable. Other than that no complaints:)

Party of 7 enjoyed a delicious lunch today at the Swettenham Arms. We all enjoyed our meals, including the french onion soup and goats cheese and beetroot salads. The service was friendly, warm and helpful, and we enjoyed the cosy atmosphere of the pub.

Fantastic place to have food and drinks at.The motorbike evenings in the summer will blow your mind at how well the turn out is! All kinds of brands and styles of bikes turn out.
