✨ The girl who served me today needs a lesson in basic manners and customer service. No please, no thank you and no apology for the dirty cup she provided. In fact, she barely spoke to me at all. She had plenty to say to her customer friend, however and found lots to talk about with her whilst I waited for my order. This style of service is common in this lame excuse for a cafe. I've experienced it several times. Chose Costa where a wilful, unpleasant attitude toward customers is guaranteed!CHRISTOPHER LAWLER

Millie served us today and has an absolutely outstanding service , very happy , chatty and always happy to help ! We ordered two salted caramel frappes and have to say was extremely pleased and the best ones we have had ! I suppose customer service tops it off. Great work need more workers like Millie

The service is slow in fact super slow they regularly don't have drinks and their equipment is always breaking down there were no sandwiches the other week because their fridges were broken. Time before no cups because the dishwasher wasn't working. Needs to be managed better

Ordered our drinks whilst waiting I started to notice how dirty everything looked behind the counter, drinks being placed on dirty trays handed to customers, decided to ask for take away cause it felt and looked dirty love to know the hygiene rating as I couldn’t find it. Cancelled food order.

It was very poor that I was asked to leave with my assistance dog. No hot food was available either.It's against the law to refuse access to an assistance dog.
