Nice place where to go and rest your mind but only problem is seems they have new staff who is absolutely not in a right place. Been there couple times amazing. But last few times disaster. Young girl on till can't find right drink finally charged me more than I ordered. I don't think I'm gonna be there again
after having an unpleasant experience with deliveroo, rang up and they sorted it straight away. thank you to beth for being so cooperative over the phone and giving us some freebies!!! name a better starbucks that care about their customer experience❤️

Anna or Anya the supervisor was amazing, great experience, excellent customer service, and fantastic coffee. A couple of weeks ago I approached Anna over a member of staff that was covering for the store whom wasn't that great, but Anna was profffesional, understanding and a good attitude for turning a bad experience into a good one, my partner and I regularly come here even though we live in Congleton and we both love having a coffee here..highly recommended!!
