Alright, just very slow to put things out that are usually cold. Also staff talk like robots and feel very uncomfortable to respond to there 3 phrases they use for every customer. It all feels very lazy

Went in for a quick drink and cake after a walk. Was told you need to pay extra to sit in. Asked what the cost extra was for - there were 3 staff members in on a quiet Sunday morning. They said it was a service charge. Looked around and all the tables had food crumbs from last night still on them. Pointed this out to the 3 of them who had been busy chatting before we entered the empty store at 10:30am. They didn’t have anything to say. Absolutely ridiculous considering you still get served in take away bags and cups like you would to go out and then pay to sit in a filthy cafe. Won’t be returning.

Staff are friendly and polite. Products cakes are limited and expensive the chargrill chicken baguette are very nice but are getting smaller.. and the hot drinks are over priced esp as the coffee is very mild and tasteless.

spoke to a lady called sammy, very polite and friendly with regards to a fault with just eat not showing the pizza boxes, very helpful sorted it all out with no issues, great service and spot on food. thankyou

Priority given to online 'just eat' orders with delivery drivers moving to front of queue. Waited for a few minutes but as no customers being served so went elsewhere
No bread baps at 2.45 and they don't close until late. Should order more.

Got 2 bacon butties, 1 with extra bacon and 2 sausage rolls. Both butties were stale to the point it tasted like I was eating bread off the floor!! The bacon was way over cooked so much so that it was sore to eat!! Sausage rolls were cols may aswell have bought the cold sausage rolls instead. Inside the shop wasn't even clean spilt drinks over the counter and the service was not great either!!

Absolutely disgusting....just ordered a bacon and omelette baguette, got roll instead... and bacon was so undercooked that it nearly oinked at me....
