Tonight, 23/02/24, we have ordered a doner kebab with salad and mixed doner meat with chips. First time round the doner kebab was supplied in a build it yourself manner and all cold. After taking it back and asking for the doner kebab to be made right and the rest to be freshly cooked and hot. At least the doner kebab was on a pitta the second time, but they refused to put the salad on it for us. We are regular customers, but in the last four years and even though the red trackie guy is the nicest you could meet. Dont fancy trying them again. The attitude has changed from lovely to couldn't care less and if it wasn't for the lovely red pant man. I doubt we would have given them this many chances.. not sure of his name but he couldn't be more helpful.

I live approximately 5 doors away and the food was cold all I ordered was a MIXED doner and chips...it was just doner no chicken...also ordered a small doner kebab salad and garlic mayo....most people would appreciate lots of meat but I had enough meat to do 3 pittas and the salad came in a seperate box...maybe a little petty but if I wanted a build your own kebab I'd may aswell cooked myself home! Did take it back as due to no chicken and a DIY job and COLD to be replaced with the EXACT same only slightly warmer! The only thing they got right was the chilli sauce in a pot and a can of rio! On a positive note the guy that smiles waves and says hi to me every day is so lovely and polite and isn't at fault for this terrible food disaster ! The place has very much lost its 'THING'' for me to recommend it to anyone!!!

1st time here as it was recommended by a friend.Not impressed I'm sorry to say. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to order or eat from here. Made my order salad and chicken and chips. Whilst being served I noticed a takeaway order being done of chips and cheese, cheese was put on by bare hands and patted down, I just hope who ever ordered it don't end up with something. So took my order home and all seamed OK until I opened the chips not sure why I got half re cooked fries infused with oil and half chips. Ant understand these takeaways that over cook the fries then add them to the next batch. People really get annoyed when half the value of the meal is rubbish. Avoid or enter at your own risk. I certainly won't go through the door of this takeaway again.

We order tonight and after receiving the food I noticed one of the kebabs was wrong (combination kebab). When we called the lady who answered said that we must have order it wrong online. We actually placed the order over the phone. we requested a new correct order but they then said they would send out a tray of lamb Doner meat but not the rest (lamb kofta, bread and salad) as we already had that stuff with the wrong order, it was all cold by this point.I decided to drive to the shop for a refund. They then told me they will make me another one but I must wait 30 mins for it. I requested the refund as all other individuals had eaten their meals already.

Got my order wrong again for the last time tonight, burger was dry when I ordered 2 types of sauce on it, it was disgusting! Food quality has been dropping for a few months, then they started to get orders wrong, forgetting items, food cold, it’s a shame because I’ve been a regular since we moved 18 months ago, but unfortunately tonight will be my last order here. I feel like I’ve given them a chance over the months we’ve seen a change but tonight’s was the worst! :(

They make a terrible pizza. Both burnt and raw at the same time. Low quality toppings and for some reason wet on the bottom. The guys are lovely but they need to lean how to make a pizza properly.

Absolutely appalled by the attitude of the man on the phone. We placed order on website, it took money but froze website so I called to ask if they received order and was told no and money would be returned into bank. I then phoned a second time to ask if I can place order over phone and pay over the phone. The man was very annoyed and aggressive and got louder as I spoke, he shouted I not give you money and food as we not got order, I tried explaining I wanted to reorder and pay again over the phone but he kept speaking nasty so I hung up on him. VERY RUDE AND NASTY. I order regularly from them and this is the first time with this experience so don't want to buy from them again!!
