Ordered drive through miserable as sin = very poorPaid got card read thrusted towards me wow how rude ...then it takesHmm 25 minutes to get my food along with scores of other poor waiting customers. That definitely isn't fast food very poor service and not even an apology but for some reason there still in business...... I definitely won't be going back .

I ordered through Ubereats and I understand that the food is collected whenever the driver arrives as they say they will collect it so it is made but if the order has been waiting for 45 minutes before the driver arrives you’d think that it would be remade. My order was cold like it had been sat in a fridge. I’ve tried to complain to ubereats but they said because it arrived in the time of delivery that they’ll just give me better service next time. Cheers. Great. Now I have a cold meal that I have to microwave ?

Food is often wrong both on collection in drive through and when uber eats deliverOn several occasions I have received a refund instead of the food I ordered.Even using the Macdonald's app they don't accept responsibility for their mistakes.Really poor attitude

Doesn’t deserve a star but had to put a star to write this review. I ordered my food at 12:15 ordered a chicken wrap and some chips. I was then told to wait on the car park as it would only be a few minute. I waited half an hour and my food arrived. No apology from the staff member. I checked my order before the lady walked off and the order was completely wrong. I told the lady that this wasn’t what I ordered. I was told that I need to go through the drive thru and reorder, at this point I wasn’t happy as I’d already waited 30 minutes. I drove around and explained to the girl on the window who just laughed and turned to the girl next to her. One of the girls said to wait at the next window and my order will be with me. If I hadn’t already paid I would have drove off. I waited and waited. 20 minutes later and my food finally arrived. Again no apology. Will not be returning.

No straw, some of the dips were missing and the worse part the Big Mac .. Wanted some extra lettuce, onions and pickles . But clearly they took it to the next extreme. It was so full of shredded lettuce and pickles I couldn't even pick it up had to scrape everything off . By extra pickles I mean 2/3 extra not 20! Worse experience ever .

Walk-in customers are treated like second class citizens. Never had a problem with drive-through, always missing items or being forgotten about when walk in.
