I ordered through Ubereats and I understand that the food is collected whenever the driver arrives as they say they will collect it so it is made but if the order has been waiting for 45 minutes before the driver arrives you’d think that it would be remade. Food is often wrong both on collection in drive through and when uber eats deliverOn several occasions I have received a refund instead of the food I ordered.Even using the Macdonald's app they don't accept responsibility for their mistakes.Really poor attitude
Doesn’t deserve a star but had to put a star to write this review. I ordered my food at 12:15 ordered a chicken wrap and some chips. I was then told to wait on the car park as it would only be a few minute. I waited half an hour and my food arrived. No apology from the staff member. I checked my order before the lady walked off and the order was completely wrong. I told the lady that this wasn’t what I ordered.
