Great hotel, clean as usual and the staff very nice and helpfull. The resterant located next door was excellent. Great staff and excellent service. The food was great. Would eat here again.

Hotel was fine room pleasant but don't bother if you are travelling with work and have a food allowance as there is no restaurant, just a pub next door which doesn't recognise company allowances. Also no breakfast other than extra payment again at the pub next door. Location good just a few miles into Crewe. Plenty of free parking. All ok apart from no food

A nice place to stay for a short break.

Disappointed no pub associated to the premier inn. After 13 hour day finding pub was fully booked and having to drive into Nantwich to find chippy was not good.

Hotel OK...but... The Peacock Inn attached to the hotel is disgraceful!I visit the area on business and socialise with colleagues at this establishment on a regular basis. Things have changed! Up to now I have always felt welome and the service has been 1st class. However, visited 24th Dec 2023. This is a now terrible place, avoid it at all costs. The management is rude and act like you are an inconvenience being there. Our meals took so long that we had to leave before being served. Complaints are dismissed by the staff as if it dosent matter. Almost anywhere else would have been better.

First impressions always count, Pete went above and beyond and is a credit to the hotel! Clean and tidy rooms and nothing is too much

Great nights sleep, friendly and helpful staff, good location.
Room was let down by floor not being cleaned properly, curtain rail hanging down. All reported to Reception who apologised and will sort.

Its OK looking a bit tired in places , no toilet paper in room ,shower wash empty, quite dirty under bed crisp packet left there and very dusty ,no air conditioning so rooms very hot,if you have window open alot of noise from pub & busy bypass, no restaurant so have to go next door to pub which in very evspensive & not much choice, no buffet breakfast so have to order set breakfast which is eye watering expensive.

This would have to be the best experience I have had after staying in a few Premier Inn across England. Pete and all his staff where so lovely and very helpful. Making suggestions about how to get somewhere. And always anyone on the deck would always say hello and very friendly and approachable. Well Done to Pete and the team. We just love The Peacock was a lovely pub that supports the accomodation. thanks so much

All excellent from staff to room to generation area all excellent - did not use the pub next door - the peacock as no breakfast served on Mondays which is shortsighted and annoying went to the Brewers Fayre Weston road Crewe instead which is excellent both staff and food excellent

Stay there the night before a wedding but not very please as I stay at Premier Inn a lotRooms: The rooms are clean and roomy but not the bed I expected it was not a king-size as they advertise it was a a small double and did complain to the staff the day after but have not heard anything from themWalkability: There are a few walks around the area but not walkable to the town
