Anna or Anya the supervisor was amazing, great experience, excellent customer service, and fantastic coffee. A couple of weeks ago I approached Anna over a member of staff that was covering for the store whom wasn't that great, but Anna was profffesional, understanding and a good attitude for turning a bad experience into a good one, my partner and I regularly come here even though we live in Congleton and we both love having a coffee here..highly recommended!!

Terrible for a starbucks. We visited whilst in the area and my regular drink I ordered I have now been put off from having as they forgot to use alternative milk and I'm lactose intolerant. The staff were also loud about how they hated colleagues putting off coming in for a shift or calling in sick every time its busyDietary restrictions: Be warned they may forget about your dietary requirements when preparing your drink

Clearly understaffed. Should not have to wait 20mins for two coffees. Get served one, then a further wait for the staff member to make and serve the second coffee. This is an ongoing issue. Missed trains previously because of the extended waits in this store. Do better Starbucks!

Nice place where to go and rest your mind but only problem is seems they have new staff who is absolutely not in a right place. Been there couple times amazing. But last few times disaster. Young girl on till can't find right drink finally charged me more than I ordered. I don't think I'm gonna be there again

Right so I got a mango dragonfruit refresher and it came and the cup was full to the top with ice only about 4 sips worth of drink and charged me 5.55 for a 4.95 drink not happy.

What a nice Starbucks, staff are very friendly and very nice. Food and drinks are good too.
2 days running I have used this Starbuck, on both occasions my coffee has been wrong. Service is slow when the store is not busy. Staff appear to have no interest in their employment. No longer will I use the store.
