Not as busy as previous visit, where food wait from main to puds, was nearly 2hrs,as was over booked,as regulars b'tween 6& 10 of us at the golden oldies, we all think there should be something in place where regulars get priority as we've been everyone of these afternoons &ended up right at back of main room,hence 3 for atmosphere,but usually on the whole have no complaints,staff friendly &pleasant,.

Fantastic pub and full team of friendly staff, food always spot on. Service is exceptional and always with a smile especially the bar staff members Ellie and Will. Those 2 in particular are a credit to the pub and brewery.

A group of 9 ladies who stay fit together decided to have lunch one day so we ended up at The Woodside. What a fun filled 2 hours we had! Thank you Karen for being a special waitress for us.Parking: Lots of parking spaces and the disabled bays are right outside the door.
We were not impressed with our reception, the Waitress was rude and unhelpful so we moved on, we have been going there for many years but no more.

We thoughly enjoyed our Pensioner’s meal’s today. We had Fish and Chips, Sausage and Mash, our friend enjoyed Steak and Ale Pie. The staff were very friendly especially Karen and Cameron.
