Went through the drive through going north bound. The lady on the head set was so nice! I think her name was Gill but she honestly put a smile on our faces so thank you Gill keep up the good work?
Excellent staff and really caring compassionate people....We sadly had an accident on the M6 motorway. We were brought to this service station, we were looking for somewhere to sit and gather ourselves to make our journey back to London. Unfortunately due to current climate we were unable to sit inside the Costa, the brilliant staff helped us to find suitable seating area and gave us all cups of tea. The toilet was cracked, dirty and no soap, the stairs and eating areas were dirty, unkept and run by young staff that didn’t seem to care ??♀️Won’t stop at this services again on my regular trip from Scotland to England and back!!
