Stopped here with my 81 year old mother absaluly disgusting dated ! Dirty ! And rude staff at the Burger King services that charge the high prices should at least give some sort of value for money ??

We were the only order going through, yet still took there time, when we did get served it was luke warm at best and never warm in the first place at worst - not to mention higher prices for a services

The toilet was cracked, dirty and no soap, the stairs and eating areas were dirty, unkept and run by young staff that didn’t seem to care ??♀️Won’t stop at this services again on my regular trip from Scotland to England and back!!

We went to the Costa here on the way back from Manchester. The downstairs costa was looking busy so we went to the one upstairs - DO NOT GO HERE. There were insects and flies on the food. The service was so slow as there was only one person working here and they served me the wrong drink. Don't waste your time - go somewhere else.

We had the misfortune to call into these services during a long journey. I’m trying to summon up the words to paint a picture of how absolutely revolting this facility is but they are eluding me. Stinking toilets, litter everywhere, sticky floors, dirty tables in Burger King with no one in sight cleaning anything up. The food seating area is right next to the toilets so you get a constant waft of stale urine while you’re eating. The food was pretty grim too which surprised me as Burger King is usually relatively ok for fast food. Quite honestly the worst services I have ever been to.

Went through the drive through going north bound. The lady on the head set was so nice! I think her name was Gill but she honestly put a smile on our faces so thank you Gill keep up the good work?

Who on earth decided to have toilets at this service station with lids that you have to touch not once but twice! Water all over the floor in the stalls, and a system that you need a degree to use. If any one had any sense, you would get rid of these germ collectors and have the porcelain base only; just as they have in France and some other countries in Europe. They are clean, you do not have to touch them to use them, and no plastic to have to touch!! Why should us women have to endure this?? Do your self a favor ladies, and hold on until you find a more sanitary place to spend a penny or more. The hand sanitisers were empty too. UCK

Excellent staff and really caring compassionate people....We sadly had an accident on the M6 motorway. We were brought to this service station, we were looking for somewhere to sit and gather ourselves to make our journey back to London. Unfortunately due to current climate we were unable to sit inside the Costa, the brilliant staff helped us to find suitable seating area and gave us all cups of tea. The two girls helped us find local taxis and recommend which train station to use so we could get to London.

This is not up to the standard of expectations in 2020. In particular the external area is typified with rusty and worn fences and barriers, with general untidy and messy car park. Inside the individual outlets try hard but the general layout is a mismatch. Toilets are not good.
