Visited today to be greeted by copious amounts of fruit flies in the restaurant and dirty tables. Slow service when it wasn’t busy, one member of staff was unapproachable and miserable to say the least. Toilets were dirty and no toilet roll provided.

Large seating area. Fast friendly service and a good choice of food and drink.Parking: Not loads of parking and quite busy due to the subway being next door.

Im regular customer of starbucks (driving 25mins) but in this branch i gave this rating. First of all the in the parking if you notice theres a pavement in the middle, with low cars its hard to be seen my car just went up on that pavement today and its a hazard for some. Second one of the staff on the counter has not mentioned that i can have a free drinks as i scanned my app to them tho i should have look at it but usually staffs reminds you so. Third my order took long bcoz the staff were having a loud chat and laugh instead.

Visited a few weeks back, love the new makeover, it's a shame it can't be said for the staff, esme was very rude and unprofessional drink was made wrong and when I mentioned it, I was looked at like "dog dirt on a shoe", rolled her eyes, tutted and began to make me a new one. Milk was luke warm, ended up going in the bin. Won't be visiting again.
I had a Chi Late which I'm afraid tasted like warm watered milk.Dietary restrictions: Soya milk

Very clean and recently refurbished coffee shop, staff were very efficient and extremely polite.Wheelchair accessibility: I have spinal issues and found it very easy to enter the building and plenty of accessible seating.
