I just wanted to give a shout out to a lovely young lady, Esmé who served my husband & I this afternoon. She was a real sweetheart & a credit to your company. She knows her stuff & can pour a fantastic cappuccino! She really exudes kindness & sadly, that is SUCH a rare quality on display these days. Keep up the great work Esmé & you will go far! Also, the lovely chap who took our order was SO kind as well.Parking: There was plenty of parking when we were there.

Very clean and recently refurbished coffee shop, staff were very efficient and extremely polite.Wheelchair accessibility: I have spinal issues and found it very easy to enter the building and plenty of accessible seating.
