Store itself is fine for grocery shopping. Loses 2 stars because of their click and collect service (for groceries). I use this service because I have a physical disability, so it saves me walking around the shop. At this store, you have to request your order at the customer service desk, and are then left standing in no particular place, sometimes for up to 10 minutes. Hi I don’t normally go shopping for recipes as I get stressed so I asked one of your colleagues called julie for help which she’s didn’t have to I have autism which Julie did not know, and she still took 10mins out of her work time to to walk around Asda helping me with my long shopping list I just to say thankyou Julie I really appreciated your help carry on with your amazing customer service

Don't shop there for all my essentials but was OK for what I needed. For some reason around teatime there are always cages what colleagues are working on blocking areas I need to go. Annoying.
