We booked a table on Saturday evening, and upon arrival the restaurant was full, they were so busy that people were being turned away at the door. Despite the restaurant being so busy, the staff were excellent - very attentive and friendly. They remembered what each member of our party had ordered and served accordingly, and had time for friendly conversation.

We were greeted by Cy, who went over and above to accommodate our requests. Great service provided by him, he also swiftly corrected an incorrect dish that had been delivered to our table. Food was lovely and dietary requirements were adhered to. He then finished his shift and unfortunately when it came to pay, we were ignored (noticed by two members of staff but not acknowledged) until Eszter realised that we were waiting and completed our transaction. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I placed my order on the app and as soon as it had been accepted I phoned to ask for my pizza to have no cheese on. I was told my pizza was already in the oven, one minute after I placed the order and they would not accommodate my request. I could not have phoned any faster than I did.
