We ordered donner meat pizza and cheesy chips for my friends son who has special needs!!! We only got normal chips !! And the main thing we asked was don’t mess up with the cheesy chips for Gerrard!!! As it’s all he will eat!!! He spent the next hour ripping his sister’s underwear up whilst throwing his chips all over the house that weren’t cheesy in the slightest and now he won’t put his pyjamas on , even his best thundercat ones !!! ordered food and tried to call multiple times about an allergy and they did not answer. ordered a cheeseburger that you’d think would come with ketchup but came SMOTHERED with mayo when i’m allergic to it. I called them and they refused to swap it or do it anything about it even though i could’ve been severely ill if i hadn’t of checked. On the menu it says nothing about mayonnaise being on the burger yet i still tried to call to check which again they didn’t anwser....read full review
Avoid like The Plague!!! Food which I ordered arrived 62 minutes late.Waited an eternity for someone to answer the phone when rang the first time to see where delivery was to be told driver was seven (7) minutes away.....30 minutes later and still no sign.. I tried to ring back - 10 minutes later and finally the call was answered by what can be described as a rude, ignorant human who now says the order is out and will be there shortly....20 minutes later and it arrived COLD,...read full review
