Waited until the lady cleaned up around, she apologised around 4x but still had to wait around 15 mins until she took our order, we just finished shift and other people were waiting too. I believe they should have enough staff to clean and serve at the same time.

Usually excellent at this particular McDonald's, but a few recent visits have proven disappointing. The staff are still great but the food is often cool or cold recently, I have had to return after leaving the drive thru which is very frustrating. But I also had to ask for a replacement inside on one visit, and got a slightly unpleasant experience from a supervisor on that occasion. Staff always in a rush seems they pay more attention to on line deliveries rather than people visiting. Always used to be totally clean. However extremely poor now. Area blocked off for just delivery people in the building and includes parking spaces not good for people with young children. Not too impressed and more expensive than other McDonald's as allegedly close to the motorway they are allowed to charge more. Like a moto !!! I do say allegedly.
