I was served today by James! Brilliant customer service and had a smile on his face the entire time! Nothing was to much for him despite my complicated order! All the staff were lovely! Wonderful team and will definitely be returning! ?

Come in here most times if I’m heading to midlands or up north for a charge of the car, but today I came across George who served me! George is a top man and deserves a raise! He’s funny, friendly and gives great twists of the arm in a funny way to add to my purchases! He coaxed me into extra cake and if I drank it, would have gotten extra coffee out of me! This is not the usual standard I have grown to expect from Starbucks. The service was very slow. Our things came one at a time with five minutes between each. The tables were being cleared, but not wiped. The floor needed cleaning. Signs had fallen off the door and were propped up on the floor. Most of the toilets were out of order. Everything was very grubby and uncared for. I would certainly not stop here again.
