Asked a staff member if the oat milk was gluten free and she responded “no because it’s oats@ in a kind of attitudey tone. Just FYI gluten does not = oats. Plenty of coffee shops incl Starbucks use gluten free oat milk.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

I was sadly disappointed in my experience. I ordered a gingerbread latte with cream. This came with no cream. The lady who ordered after me asked for no cream on her drinks but they came with cream.I could understand if they were busy but on this occasion they weren't.Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough space to get a wheelchair in to the shop but getting your drink could be difficult if it was busy.
