Went a bit out of the way to get here as there are none by my area. Service was pretty average but the barista obviously wasn't sure about the drink I asked about. I asked if the Matcha latte was sweet on its own or not and she advised it was so I opted to not get any syrups or sugar packets and left before trying it as it was far too hot.. it was as bitter as anything and had to wait til I got home to add some sugar to it and even then it was still rather bitter. I’ve visited twice a week since last Sept at lunchtime as I work locally Charlie is my regular server - remembers my name and my order and has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time We watched him today and he has fabulous reactions with all customers - he’s a credit to the Starbucks name

Amazing customer service, she helped me choose my first ever starbucks as I didn't know what I wanted helped explain everything and was so nice and chatty. Truly one amazing lady and will definitely be coming again even if it is just for this lovely lady to serve me again what a credit she is a true star
