King William offers a fantastic location near the town centre, though the rooms are in need of some attention. The service is very friendly, but the rooms can be quite basic, with issues like a squeaky bed and mould in the bathroom. The hotel's security could also be improved, as the door was left open overnight. However, the restaurant receives high praise, with amazing home-cooked food and a great atmosphere, and they even offer an NHS discount.
