“Really lovely pub with fantastic service, we had a big table and they were very considerate of people arriving at different times. The food was so good and the wine selection was great and affordable as well - we were just visiting but if I lived in the area I’d be a regular here”

“Friendly staff and great beers! The board outside says happy hour from 3-5 but we didn't get this, maybe it's dated?”

“What a belting pub. Very refreshing to visit a proper pub with a fantastic communal atmosphere and generally welcoming environment. Cask ales are superbly well kept. Cannot fault. Anita and John are amazing, also the bar staff were in great spirits despite being very busy. Highly recommended.”

“We had excellent meals here when we stayed in Wilmslow. The sea bass and vegetables were cooked well, followed by a delicious sticky toffee pudding. There was a warm welcome and a good atmosphere in the pub with plenty of seating. I wish I had been there on their comedy or music nights.”
