Used teabags in the teapots, grime and dirt in between the water and coffee machines, overall this is the dirtiest Morrisons Cafe I have ever been too

Breakfast: food is great service is good and fast, always full menu the cafe is also very busy in the mornings and they still provide great standardsDinner: hardly have anything on the menu, food is awful and standards get dropped. It’s like 2 different restaurants. And it’s always dead in afternoons/eveningsCould do with choices for children’s drinks other than milkshakes I would just stick to going in mornings

We had been told that Morrisons do a really great lunch at a very reasonable price and we were not disappointed. They were so kind and friendly also!

Been here on several occasions food pretty good and service normally good but today the foh customer service was terrible.... a foh member very abrupt and rude had no idea about customer service whatsoever even nearly came to a point where the young girl was wanting an argument over a glass of milk.... think training maybe a good idea.... coming from a cafe manager this is not acceptable customer service....Parking: Loads of spaces.

Oh my goodness. Soooo painfully slow. Sweet potato curry was nice. Lasagne was OK. Clearly microwaved so could not fathom why it took so long. 5 staff but no Management. No cutlery. Long queue to pay. Kids eat free but no kids sandwiches or drinks in the shelf. No idea if they had run out or forgotten to restock. While waiting for food, we observed two separate groups actually try to do a self service check out as no staff were in sight. In a word. Poor.

Went for a coffe , the mature assistant was on the till with bits of tissue in her hand obvious had a runny nose which she gave me change along with bits of tissue which I thought was disgusting, we then Sat with our coffee and cake on one side of the the divide the rail with the glass ledge was thick with dirt. Spoke to a cleaning staff in the shop who just said she didn't clean the caffee a d to speak to someone in the cafe, there was no one in the cafe that looked as if they were in charge

I went to the so called Cafe in Morrisons, Bodmin to have a cooked breakfast. What a waste of time this turened out to be. I asked for a Full Breakfast but, I was told there was a 35 minute wait for this. The Cafe was not at all busy so, I asked why there was such a long wait for this. I wasn;t given any answer so, I left this rubbish place and went to a competitor of theirs, Asda in Bodmin. I ordered a Full Breakfast, which was cheaper than the Morrisons Full Breakfast and, I was served withinh 5 minutes. Morrisons Store and Cafe in Bodmin, continues to go downhill at an ever increasing rate. Morrisons is a complete disaster. They continue to rip of people and expect people to continue shopping there. 1 example of this is their contined price hikes. I bougha jar of L'or coffee for £4, the price has changed to £6.75 for the exact same product. How can they justify thie price hike? A void Morrisons at all costs, just go to Asda instead.

Slow service , food ok but had to ask for items that were forgot to be plated, don't think I would rush back

I tried home delivery from Bodmin, Cornwall for the first time today. NEVER AGAIN. So many 'fresh' meat & fish selections with 1 day on the sell by I couldn't fit them in my freezer. Really poor. On the plus side the driver arrived on time, was polite and courteous

Waited 50 minutes for two breakfasts which still didn’t arrive. Left and got a refund. Would not come back.

Had the small breakfast on a Saturday morning. Portion size was spot on and all well cooked. Staff were absolutely lovely

Sarah

Very poor, rude lady serving food and food was cold. Wish we had gone elsewhere.

The main Morrisons yes. But the convenience store no. Its way over priced. And the shop is situated across from a block of old peoples flats and at least 3 housing estates.
