Breakfast: food is great service is good and fast, always full menu the cafe is also very busy in the mornings and they still provide great standardsDinner: hardly have anything on the menu, food is awful and standards get dropped. It’s like 2 different restaurants. And it’s always dead in afternoons/eveningsCould do with choices for children’s drinks other than milkshakes I would just stick to going in mornings

Been here on several occasions food pretty good and service normally good but today the foh customer service was terrible.... a foh member very abrupt and rude had no idea about customer service whatsoever even nearly came to a point where the young girl was wanting an argument over a glass of milk.... think training maybe a good idea.... coming from a cafe manager this is not acceptable customer service....Parking: Loads of spaces.

The cafe it hit and miss and today it was definitely a miss. We paid £17.86 for a hot chocolate, a bottle of oasis and 2 full breakfasts. We then headed to get cutlery of which was dirty and needed to be wiped down, then we proceeded to find a table with our ketchup covered number. Nearly each and every empty table had dirty plates on and hadn’t been wiped down.
