A proper old school, local pub! Its fantastic! It hasn’t been ruined with modern decor like so many disasters that please the masses…I was greeted with a smile and welcomed warmly into the fold. The fire was roaring and the King Arthur’s Ale is a belter! ?My dog was allowed in and was treated to huge dog treats. Thank you! Apparently it’s a dog treat per pint. Well…, it would be rude to neglect the dog of her treats!? ?? ?Didn’t have food but looking forward to bringing the family for, what looks like, proper pub grub. ? ?Great pub, great atmosphere, highly recommend! Cheers ?

A lovely village pub with plenty of parking and an outdoor seating area for those Sunny days. The bar staff were welcoming and friendly, the choice of food and drinks were good and the prices realistic. Within 2 minutes of the main Coast road it's well worth the short detour. We will visit again when we're in the area. Thanks for your friendly hospitality.

Food was really great in a typically wonderful old public house. Steak and ale pie a big hit, and fish and chips above the average. Service was a bit ragged but with fine friends and good wine, the evening was great.

Absolutely amazing and delicious food for all the family. Children’s meals were big but I was grateful for this as my boys are fussy so we could mix and match their food so all were happy. My only grumble is lack of tables and chairs if you just want to have a drink. There is a huge area of the pub dedicated to just drinking but only two tables in the whole space. This meant we had to sit in the freezing cold garden with the children. If they had more seats inside we would definitely be able to stay for more drinks and play board games with our children. Lovely lovely pub and I would really recommend for food but cannot for the life of me understand why there is hardly any tables for just sitting and drinking. Space taken up two massive pool tables. I’m writing this shivering in the pub garden :(

We rang up for a late booking and they were more than accommodating of a group of 8 adults, 3 children. Very family friendly atmosphere. Great service. Waitresses and staff in general very attentive. Food was absolutely fantastic! Proper home cooked food. Highly recommend the Steak and ale pie. It was a friends birthday and they supplied a cake and sparkler for a last minute ask. Overall really positive experience. Staff fabulous attentive and helpful. Food and portion size fantastic!! A massive thank you from us all ? XxKid-friendliness: Very family friendlyParking: Plenty of room

As previous reviews, nice food, good portions, fairly priced, shame about the sticky tables. When mentioning the sticky table top was told "yes they are". Not the answer I hoped for. Worth a visit just bring your own wet wipes.

I visited the White Hart with my family while we were on holiday in St. Teath. The pub is quite grubby and we were effected by cigarette smoke which was coming in through the open doors. The food is mediocre and the portions are huge, our grandchildren were overwhelmed by the size of their meals, they were big enough for an adult with a big appetite. There must be a very large amount of wastage which we find upsetting. The only saving grace is that the staff are very friendly.

A fantastic meal. Portion sizes massive and a steak and local ale pie with more steak than I've ever had before. Great service and a warm welcome. Definitely worth a visit!! It was the birthday of one of our friends and the team brought out a piece of cake with a firework sparkler in it for us. Everyone enjoyed their meal, perfectly cooked and a generous size, Fabulous!
