Just off a roundabout and the A30 this hotel is isolated from the town and it's shops. Nearby is a Premier shop and a pub. It's quite a walk to the town but there is a fairly regular bus service. If You want to eat at the table table restaurant it's best to book at the hotel's reception. Ask about the meal deal. Good value but they won't tell you about it.

Food & drinks: The food at the adjacent restaurant was poor. Got one of the orders wrong and had charged us for drinks we didn't have.

Absolutely fab. Emergency services called to a broken lift, fixed the day before having been broken for over a year.Great service, pleasant staff, super comfy bed. Good job, all!

Great location.Easy to find off the A30, yet in a quiet area.I was a bit worried being directly above reception, but hardly heard any noise.The lift was out of order, but only one flight of stairs. The staff were welcoming and friendly.The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.There is plenty of parking around the hotel and restaurant.Right next door the restaurant was convenient and great prices with good food. Breakfast was reservation only, with all you can eat breakfast. There was continental pastries, fruit and cereals or for a bit more full English hot food.The outside could do with a bit of love, but overall a great atmosphere.

Stayed at this hotel twice now. On both occasions brilliant service and food as always. Special thx to a lady called Amber from the restaurant team. Amazing service so polite and bubbly even though they were short staffed. What a brilliant young lady. I've not yet had a bad Premier Inn stay. You know what your getting there all clean comftable and usually in good convenient
I have stayed here for business trips in the south west. The hotel is directly off of the main road through Redruth so locating it is a breeze. The staff are always happy to help and polite and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. The only small thing is the limited restaurant menu and the general quality of the food is satisfactory.Food & drinks: Average food but service and value make up for it.
