A very large Wethersoons pub. Plenty of seating. You can order your drinks/food via the app if preferred and everything is brought to your table. Food is of decent quality and prices are nice and low. As to be expected, can get a little noisy Saturday afternoon/evening.
This is one of the nicest Wetherspoons in Cornwall in my experience.It's also a hotel.It was recently refurbished extensively. You kinda know what you are letting yourself in for... Decent food, decent prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of beer. Quality location and lovely interior. Not a gastro pub but it doesn't pretend to be.Kid-friendliness: One of our kids ordered a burger. One tantrum later I changed the order to a cheeseburger. They were totally sympathetic. Sorted it out, no problem.
