Weakest cocktails on the planet (for the price of ‘real’ ones though!). Had 3 cocktails in the space of 2 hours (on an empty stomach) and I was still stone cold sober at the end! Won’t go again.

Came here for dinner and drinks. Servers were friendly but not attentive. Food wasn’t great and cocktails were a big let down

Very disappointed with my experience here. Food was awful and not really tapas at all! They claim to have the best cocktails in town. Think the sign should be removed for false advertising. They were really not good. Pricing wasn’t bad and young servers were friendly but not knowledgeable of the menu. Definitely won’t be going back or recommending.

Used to love Lemon Twist and went back tonight for meal. Recently has had new owners and menu had been changed a lot. Only one lovely waitress and they were still taking walk ins. Drinks were timely, and food ordered. 6 of us. Sweet potato fries burnt and cold, burgers cold, not offered cutlery or condiments, and had to ask for our last two meals which had been left on counter and forgotten. Not waitresses fault as she was working really hard with little help managing all the tables. The boss appeared. Apologised for wait etc and was really rude to the waitress. So we won’t be going back. Gave our lovely waitress a tip and her boss a tip which was non financial! Hope he treats his staff better in the future, that way he may have more staff!

If you haven't already, then Lemon Twist is a must.\\nI can highly recommend the Third Bird Burger, it is Cajun and comes with salad and pickles, and a side of fries, I had the lunch special, and it only cost me £9, and worth every penny.\\nI had a pint of coke with ice and a slice to wash it down nicely.\\nThe atmosphere is lovely, I sat outside for my meal, as it was sunny, and they had Queen songs playing inside the bar.\\nThe staff were so polite, and the young man fetched everything we asked for, sauces, cutlery, and came out and checked if we needed.\\nI will definitely be going back, as I forgot to tip them, a good excuse to go back.

Avoid! Started ordering drinks first. The first 3 we wanted from the menu were out of stock. Didn’t bode well for the main. Son wanted fish bites and chips- out of fish bites we were told. I ordered 3 tapas dishes for my main. We then waited a good 40 mins before I asked when the food would be coming. When I looked around no one else had food either. Were offered free round of drinks for our wait. 5 mins later the food arrived. This was when I was told that they didn’t have one of my tapas dishes (king prawns). Was told our bill would be heavily discounted. Tapas was poor. Bill discounted by 25% but even then wasn’t worth what we paid. Don’t bother!

Stopped for a quick drink during the tall ships event. Good location in the heart of events square with a band playing. Sadly the service was really unprofessional and disorganised, the servers were really young and lacked any kind of coordination, and unfortunately lacked the training not to swear directly to customers. I ended up explaining to a 14 yr old why I was unhappy with them using the F word in front of my wife and daughter. Not a great experience, nor cheap. With a complete lack of management or leadership evident unfortunately this is a place to avoid.

I have been to Lemon Twist on many occasions in the past and as a Coeliac, they have previously always catered really well for gluten free diets. Today was not the same experience at all. The staff seemed to have little to no knowledge of dietary requirements and when I asked the waiter a question about an item on the menu advertised as gluten free, the waiter had no idea. It looked like he had never heard of the term coeliac before. The waiter then asked the chef who did come over to speak to me (after a 10 minute debacle between the two of them at the other end of the restaurant) and offered me a salad. There are many options on the menu listed as gluten free and yet, this was all that I was offered. Not being happy with just being offered a salad, I asked further questions about the other options stated as gluten free on the menu and the chef didn't seem to know. He even asked me if nachos have gluten in them! It turns out they no longer have a gluten free fryer so most items advertised as gf were no longer options. In the end, I ordered a halloumi burger with gluten free bread, which I had to ask for, and it literally came out as a slice of halloumi between two slices of bread. The staff in the restaurant seemed to be more interested in the event happening outside than they were customer service, with the bar staff actually sitting outside to watch the event. There were also issues with the card machine, I know this can't be helped, but it also meant paying was a bit of a faff. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Being regular visitors to Falmouth and not having tried this one we decided to take our 2 friends here….. there was 1 waitress who was lovely and deserved the tip we left, the rest of the staff had no idea how to run a Resturant floor and looked like they were just out of school! We watched the chefs doing shots in the kitchen as they prepared meals, the starters were ok, the mains were hugely over spiced even my wifes pasta was mega spiced and it was creamy mushroom! We ordered 3 deserts then told by a very young and inexperienced waitress that they were not available to be presented with 2/3 deserts 2 mins later by the same inexperienced waitress! The third desert came after a trip to Tesco! As bar/Resturant owners and my friend who is a chef we found this place simply only ok but will not return, costwise I found it top end money but sadely not top end food or service…….

Staff were really attentive couldn't fault there treatment of us. However 5 of us went during Happy hour and spent over £150 on drinks and we didn't even eat here. Way over priced .. I had 4 long island tea cocktails which cost me £28 I drank on an empty stomach and walked home sober as a judge . In all my life I have never been out and spent this much on drinks . Not sure I will be back any time soon.

We went to have lunch at Lemon Twist having previously had a good evening there with friends. We ordered our food and the chef was about to go somewhere and grumpily returned to the kitchen. The kitchen had not told the poor waitress that there was no guacamole left and both our meals should have had it in. My husband had nachos with the cheese not melted and no guacamole and my soft tortillas looked as if they had been thrown together with half the ingredients missing however the halloumi fries were good. The food was pretty tasteless and the kitchen staff looked like they would have rather been anywhere else! The lone waitress was lovely and doing her best in difficult circumstances and spent most of her time apologising to people who were complaining. I will certainly never go back now, which is a shame as my first experience was a good one. Now I know why the restaurant was pretty empty on a busy July Sunday in Falmouth.

Staff were lovely and the beer was nice however £6 a pint is a bit on the expensive side, however the food was bland, dry and just a bit rubbish.

Visited Lemon Twist previously when the service and food was excellent, My wife and i went for a special occasion to enjoy the sea food platter, after ordering olives and wine and the platter we sat back to enjoy the evening, the olives and wine arrived ok, after 45 minutes we asked about out mains and the order was not put through, we left and went to Tesco for a pizza and returned home, poor show Lemon Twist and you REALLY need a front of house that is switched on
