After searching for 2 days for the perfect place to enjoy some of Falmouth's best fish and chips, we finally found somewhere!\\nAnd wow! The food was simply delicious! Last night we decided to try the Gem fish and chip shop for evening meal, we ordered 2x extra large fish and chips curry sauce and peas, wow freshly cook and it was amazing the largest and best piece of fish that I have every had in Falmouth.The chips was fab crunchy and tasty, curry sauce and peas was just perfect to complement the meal, what can I say about then staff, I don’t usually mention staff on reviews but I have to on this occasion as they were just really great not...read full review
A no-nonsense, classic chippie with a lot of soul and some seriously good food. Fish was tender and juicy, encased in an impossibly light, tempura-like batter. Chips were made with equal care, crispy on the outside yet smooth and buttery on the inside. Their special curry sauce is a must-try.
