“The service here is amazing! We had two lovely people I believe their names are Jessica and Roz! So friendly. Made sure the food was perfect for us! Even brought us extra gravy. Freddie was a laugh too! Got us drinks sorted right away! The roast was next to none other. It was amazing. Great portion sizes. I love how it’s plated so you can choose the veggies you want! And offer more if you need more! Will be coming back. Was delicious. Thank you all.”

“A charming village pub full of friendly locals and lots going on. Didn't eat on this occasion but the food looked lush and we will be back for sure. Side note: All the couples we saw the women we're taller than their fellas, there must be something in the water, but suites us down to the ground ?”
“Ate here on Saturday lunchtime with my daughter having eaten at Situ before and loved it. The food was delicious and exciting and will definitely be back for more!”

“What a beautiful little hide out to come and relax. The back drop of the trees of the valley really provide an escape from day to day in Falmouth. The staff are wonderful, in particular, Renae who is always smiling, energetic and ready to help in any way she can!
Would recommend a visit to all locals and tourists!”

“This is a nice pub (with the usual selection of Cornish ales) with a medium-high-end restaurant. My Goan veg curry was fantastic, with plenty of cauliflower, savoy cabbage and sweet potato populating the small sea of coconut cream, pea and broad bean broth. The gentle curry notes were amplified by the chilli oil sprinkled liberally through it. It came with an equally-spectacular garlic bread round. Would eat again, as soon as able (it was filling, too).
My partner had a slow-roast cherry tomato ragu with fresh papadelle, this had received a lot of care but was a little heavy.
Service was cheerful, if a ~little~ slow, the beer was well-kept and It’s not their fault if the Cornish ale scene is on the dull side!”

“Lovely glamping stay in the safari tent. Really comfy and clean with everything we needed for a chilled couple of days with the kids. Enjoyed the firepit and the wood burner and a beautiful spot.”

“This is a cask ale lover's paradise. From memory there were 8 cask ales on handpump, from mainly Cornwall breweries (London Pride was the exception). I only had time to sample two of them (NOT London Pride ?) but I wish I'd been able to stop longer.
It didn't look as if they served food but some drinkers were eating from takeaway trays, so perhaps you can bring your own takeaway food into the pub.”
