“The White Hart is a real gem of a country pub. Set above the Tamar Valley, it has a cosy, welcoming feel inside and some lovely views outside if the weather’s kind. The staff are warm and genuinely friendly, which makes the whole experience more relaxed.New owners Andrew and Lisa along with the bar and waiting staff go above and beyond and will do there utmost to accommodate individual requirements.Food is really good with a menu that has something for everyone, all cooked with care using fresh ingredients.Portions are generous, everything we tried was delicious.Great spot for a meal, whether your after a classic pub dish or Sunday roast.”

“Beautiful old pub, cosy and so welcoming! It has just been taken over by a very enthusiastic team and we can't wait to go back and sample the food once the restaurant opens. Friendly staff, great surroundings and very dog friendly too ?”

“It’s a very interesting little, cosy pub that must date back a few hundred years; and although I’ve not tried the food it always seems to be busy serving so that’s a good sign.”

“Fish and chip shop. Food was really nice. A little wait for the food especially at busy times but it's worth the little wait”

“Random pick as in the neighborhood. Cheerful and attentive staff, decent beers and a very good lamb shank with very interesting and tasty vegetable and fregola accompaniment. The loos could do with some attention but otherwise no real faults.”
