I had the scallops and fillet steak, and both were cooked to absolute perfection—hands down the best I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a steak that is so well-cooked and full of flavor, but they nailed it here. During our trip, we also dined at Rick Stein’s and Paul Ainsworth’s restaurants, but tonight’s meal at Butchers Bistro topped them all.
