“Yes! A healthy location with bright atmosphere in Newquay. I loved the smoothies and bowls, while my companions enjoyed breakfast eggs, a tuna sandwich, and the cinnamon toast. Note this is right next to an associated yoga studio; so you can enjoy some calm, then get breakfast afterwards!”

“The best breakfast in Newquay, with a good variety of dishes to choose from, plus delicious smoothies and hot drinks. Vegetarians are really well catered for too. Their ‘Shrooms’ breakfast with miso mushrooms is my absolute favourite, but their homemade baked beans are a close second. A good size portion, cooked fresh, served by friendly staff.Vegetarian options: Rather than just the one vegetarian option, there’s lots of meat-free dishes to choose from.”

“Above and beyond service. I arrived 15 minutes before the 7am opening time, after a 4 hour drive from Hampshire. I was welcomed in, in spite of the early hour, with a great coffee and a bacon sandwich and was given the best advice as to where to spend the day. 100% recommended.”
