I'm walking the Pilgrim Walk, The Cornish Celtic Way & came to Cubert (on the way to Crantock) to collect my Pilgrim Passport Stamp.It's a hot day & it was SO lovely to come across this GREAT cafe & bakery. Nice & cool inside & a small seating area outside for dogs & their owners.The owner & staff are extremely pleasant & helpful. The goods on sale are mouth-watering. You can't miss this! Honestly do a detour if you need to, but get there! The range and quality is so impressive. Get a saffron bun or hever cake or ask lovely staff! We got lots and shared altogether I reviewed more fully under The Cornish Mill and Bakehouse

If ever I am locked in somewhere please may it be here! Such a lovely welcome after a long walk. This is no ordinary cafe bakery. Loose leaf tea and cake to die for! And after 20+km we need both!
