Ideally situated outside Newquay, it's very handy for 4 bus routes at stops yards away from the hotel.Rooms: Very comfortable and roomy.Walkability: If you're fit, it's a nice walk into Newquay, a choice of ways to do it.Food & drinks: Good value, but the daytime 2 for £11 choices have been reduced in size, such a pity!

I booked an accessible room. Bathroom very good. Bed was very low, asked about bed raisers and was told that it was not possible to raise the bed. Poor show.

Typical Premier Inn! Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Good location for the beaches and access to the rest of the county. Staff are lovely and really helpful, definitely a good value a stay.

This hotel has air con which not all of them do. Buffet breakfast was a bit of a joke. No food left when we arrived at 9am. Had to find a staff member to replenish all the containers, which took some time. As it was buffet and not table service you do have to ask what the staff were actually doing with their time. Reception staff pleasant. Room was decent size and bed comfy which thankfully is always the case with Premier Inns. Convenient location for Newquay visit. Dean, our waiter on the evening service staff, was a treasure.
4th year we have stayed at Quintrell Downs Premier Inn, as always friendly and polite staff in both the Hotel and the Treffry Tavern and as always made welcome. Great breakfast and evening meals very good choice. Look forward to next year. 5 Stars all round.

We had a very great stay for a night, all the staff were helpful and lovely. The guy in the reception named Jay helped us a lot and is very friendly. The guy in the night team helped us a lot to give extra duvets in the middle of the night, forgot to ask his name. Special mention to Olga, not sure if the name is correct, great customer service and was very helpful with us in the restaurant.

A Search for a Last-minute bank holiday break Hotel only turned up a handful of suggestions..This being one of them .Its a premier Inn. Nothing fancy, but served its purpose. At least you know what you are getting, as the few I've stayed in have always had a decent standard of cleanliness, comfy bed, etc.And only 5 minutes drive from Newquay/water gate bay , which was a bonus .Decent all you can eat breakfast too.

It's OK here, handy if you like Newquay as only about 10mins away. Staff quite rude here to be honest, I know it's a 3pm check un but we arrived at 14:35 and they made us wait until 3pm unless we paid them £10 extra then they'd let us in!! Never had that at a premier inn before.
