Very inviting from the outside. Inside decore was wooden beams and an old style pub, which i love! Ordered a steak with chips and garlic butter prawns on the side. Wow... steak was perfect, fries were cooked to perfection, and the prawns melted in my mouth. Dessert didn't disappoint. Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was a generous portion, washed down with a brilliant pint of San Miguel. I will definitely be back at the end of the year when I come back on holiday.

Friendly and attentive staff. Food is well prepared and tasty and good value. The menu isn’t enormous but has a good range of steaks, vegetarian and pub grub. Puddings were ok - ice cream probably the nicest option.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian curry was well presented and tasty.

We went for what we hoped would be a lovely family lunch on new years eve What we got was A cold uninviting dated pub The carvery was barely edible three slices of very over cooked hard rubbery beef or dry turkey along with potatoes ( it would be a stretch to call roasted ) so hard I could play rounders on the beach with them and veg that had the texture of baby food and any flavour was boiled out of them Non of our party of 7 finished it An awful dining experience would not recommend

Great food for a reasonable price, the two steaks for £30 in particular is a great deal. Service is also brilliant and I hope people give generous tips over the festive period.

Lovely Big Pub - Very Busy for a Wednesday. It was a sad get together as we lost our Dad 3 years ago to C19. 4 of us had steak and Ale Pie chips peas and lashings of gravy. It was thee best steak pie I have eaten out! It was just like homemade. Absolutely delicious. The majority had the 241 buger special including lamb and mint, salt & pepper beef and chicken. My daughter had lamb shank with mash and greens. Every plate was cleared. It was exactly what we needed to bring a smile to our faces!! I would recommend to anyone and we will be going there more often. The value for money was outstanding. Well Done Team Quint!

We were visiting for the week, after reading some reviews we decided on visiting this place for a carvery. The food was lovely, it wasn’t a carvery as you’d expect.1: We had to wait to be seated was taken to an area we couldn’t sit with the dog, even though we had a table booked which we made a day prior, then to be told we had to move! Then we had to wait to be served which took 20 mins to order our carvery, then went to choose our food, and well like any other carvery we had been to, we help our selves, well here we don’t we are served our food at which we had to wait for the server he was in the back, had to ask someone to get him for us as we’d been waiting a good 10 mins to be served again for our food.2: The customer service was shocking, no smiles, just miserable staff, especially the guy with the dark hair and mask who served the food. What happened to service with a smile. it was as though they didn’t have a clue what was going on tbh like headless chickens!!3: then our drinks didn’t turn up untill we had nearly finished our food and they were the wrong drinks too, no apology nothing just a Ohh!! we had another wait for our correct drinks order to come over, the guy who brought our drinks over did apologise for the mistake and our wait he was a young guy very pleasant and friendly.Over all the food was very nice but the service and the pub could be a little better organised and staff to know what their roles are and serve people with correct orders. yes mistakes are made that’s just human error, can’t be helped sometimes, but the way this pub was run was shocking and service with a smile wouldn’t go a miss ?

Lovely friendly staff. We opted for the roast dinner which was excellent value for money. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

We had a roast with all the trimmings, it was delicious and lots of it - massive portions! The staff were all very pleasant & friendly. We were staying nearby and happened to notice the Quintrell Inn so decided to give it a go and we weren’t disappointed, we’ll certainly go again when we’re next staying in the area.

A great little find, we were looking for a carvery went to one place and it had stopped food, so we came here and glad we did, the food is really nice and the quantity and quality of food is just brilliant and nice, beats Toby carvery by miles. We took dessert away as we were all full.Place was really busy but ran really well with how busy it was.Would recommend here to anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramp at the entrance for accessibility

3 of the last 4 years we have stayed nearby. Only a week in the area, but, ate there 4 times each time. What a slick operation. Staff wonderful. Girl behind the bar can only be admired for her quickness and total control of drinks orders for diners. Food is lovely and fresh. PLEASE book or you will be disappoint. Phil and Zak, you have a wonderful team.

Wife and I had the Steak and Ale pie. It was delicious and I rate that 10/10. The food did take a long time to arrive and when we questioned it the server said “didn’t I tell you there was a 40 min wait” - he didn’t tell us. So just beware there may be some wait for the food but that is likely due to the place being so popular due to the very high standard of food. They also were showing the Champions League game so the atmosphere was top notch. Will defo visit again.

Really good food at affordable rates. Decor and atmosphere needs a complete makeover. It's not got a single bit of "life or soul" to the place. Sport memorabilia cool but doesn't follow through to the whole place.Kid-friendliness: It's the sort of place people feel they can let their kids run wild, not great for the childless customers but great for them I guess!

We were just driving past and saw this place, if there's a busy car park you know its popular! We were lucky to get a table as it was packed, and the Sunday carvery was one of the best I've ever had!!There's 3 sizes of roasts, and we went for the standard, which was huge & small would have been enough tbh.Service was quick & and friendly, especially considering they were packed.
