“We visited cherry house twice during our visit to Padstow. Once for a lovely breakfast and we returned for crab sandwich take aways. The staff were lovely and food delicious. They catered really well for gluten free. Would recommend a visit.”

“A must for vegans in Padstow! They boast two fantastic vegan pasties! One curried chickpea and onion bahji which was a perfect warmer for a drizzly day. And a root vegetable pasty, which had potato, beetroot, swede (I think), and a great Herby sauce. All in perfectly baked pastry. They also do a vegan raspberry croissant for those with a sweeter tooth. And alternative milks are available for coffees ??”

“Throughly enjoyed visiting here last week, lovely relaxed setting and umbrellas offered if raining! Just a fun little pit stop for a cream tea, will be back. Also staying on Polzeath was nice to view Polzeath from a different angle ? worth following on Facebook for daily updates too!”

“Our experience of the doghouse is a mixed one, there is no phone number to book reservations but you can email them which seems a bit strange, anyway we did get a response and a certain Johnny said he would fit us in, when we arrived the lady behind the bar knew nothing about the booking, so asked if we didn't mind sitting on the end of one of the tables, not in the restaurant part but in the bar area, which we did, not a great start to our evening.
But now the best part, the pizza's we both had were excellent, well cooked and very tasty, also have to say the lady behind the bar done her best to make us welcome, so to summarise, don't book and just attend and hope you get a table.
Vegetarian options: There is 3 vegetarian pizzas”

“Food was above average. But not to the standards of the resturants I usually go.
7 out of 10. Great location. Fantastic looking place.”

“Cracking brekkies and breakfast rolls. My lad had a big breakfast, loads of quality grub. I asked for a halloumi, hash brown and egg roll. Spot on. Room for 16 inside, probably the same outside. Perfect!”
