What a fantastic experience we had at No6 tonight. After a warm welcome from the team when you arrive you are presented with a tasting menu that gives you the opportunity to choose some of the courses which was a pleasant surprise. The food was tremendous, a cut above similar restaurants in our opinion, and we left feeling very satisfied. The service was exemplary and the team were friendly and knowledgeable. Cant wait to come back!

4 of us stayed in Padstow and we found you on our walks. We thought we would give it a go after a few places for food were not that good. We all had breakfast and 2 were vegetarian breakfasts. They let us swop a few things on the breakfast for extras. What can i say.. The breakfast was the best ive ever had,the staff were very very friendly and chatty, the place was spotlessly clean and the coffee was really nice. I normally dont eat breakfast but it was perfect so we returned 2 days later and again it was delicious and a very friendly group. The cook was only a young lad but my you can certainly cook a great breakfast. Ben made us feel very comfortable by being very chatty. 10out of 10. If your about in Padstow go give it a try you certainly wont be dissapponinted. Thankyou

1. The most welcoming and friendly staff.2.The most scrumptious pasties.3. The best coffee in size and taste in Padstow.I recently spent 2 weeks in Padstow restoring a property. I spent this time alone, a busmans holiday of sorts. Amongst the scenic harbour and sandy coves is this gem of a bakery. If smugglers treasure does exist, it is hidden in plain sight. Each day I would venture out for a break time coffee and pasty. The pasties are quite varied with the steak and stilton reigning supreme for me.Being city folk, I was impressed with the rather decent sized latte, as every other establishment only served coffee fit for piskie sized beings. Most of all, and this is the most importan part of this treasure trove of a shop. I was made to feel welcome and had friendly conversation with the staff. Not only did they explain the business and pallete of pasty life. They made me feel less alone during my visit. They informed me of places to visit and things to do in and around Padstow.A delightful group of humans who make trips away just that little bit more magical.

BEAUTIFUL food. We had 5 of the small plates and each one was incredible. The staff were incredibly attentive, topping up wine and water glasses throughout the meal. All seafood is locally and ethically sourced. Will be returning when we are down in Padstow again!

The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated, we stayed in The Stone Dresser Room which had a lovely view over the church and river. Loved the added extras of a decanter of sherry and plenty of tea and coffee which is often lacking in most hotels. They even include a little box of things you might have forgotten, a really nice touch. Lovely comfy bed and pillows.Breakfast was amazing, great choice and we didn't mind ordering the night before, plenty of it and great quality. It was just a shame about the weather as the outside space was beautiful and we would have loved to be able to sit outside in the morning and enjoy it.Highly recommend this little hidden gem.

A cosy and very friendly café, perfect for breakfast or a light lunch. I was served possibly the fluffiest, tastiest pancakes I've ever had, and the cakes in the display looked incredible - if I find myself in Padstow again, I'll definitely be back.

First visit and hopefully not the last. Absolutely superb food, with great flavours from some interesting and unusual ingredients that take dishes to the next level. Great showcase of high quality local ingredients, the scallops with wild garlic butter being a particular favourite. The fillet steak was a little pricey for the size of portion, but my word it was the most tender piece of beef I’ve ever eaten. The service was first class too.

3rd visit. Last night they were open before closing for the winter. As always a lovely warm welcome. Starters: crab tart & salmon tempura, mains: dover sole, fish cakes, sea bass, ice cream & a couple of irish coffees. All the food was beautifully cooked & presented. Nice bottle of pinot noir washed everything down. Lovely evening. Will be back.

It was a wonderful evening at 17 Duke street. The Heart of the Padstow Gin. But it is not just the products that are served and sold here. This place creates an very inviting atmosphere and the host and service were nice. They know their drinks, they know how to inform and recommend and their knowledge around the spirits is just amazing.I can fully recommend to enjoy some drinks here, be delighted by Padstow's finest spirits and one thing you definitely CANNOT miss are those lovely brownies!Greetings from Germany. We will come around next time we visit Padstow.

Found this gem of a place a couple of years ago. Great steaks and today had one of the best roasts in the area (my other half’s favourite meal). The atmosphere created by the staff from front of house to kitchen is very welcoming. Great banter and laughter. Just how it should be instead of corporate/turn tables quickly places. Well done to Ed and his team. We look forward to seeing you very soon. Nick & Sam

Incredible wine. Wish I could have stayed and done a tasting but didn’t have time! The apple dessert wine and pink apple wine are super special, unique and absolutely delicious. Tried the dessert wine first during dinner at Barnabys and beelined as quickly as possible to the vineyard when it was open. Very reasonably priced and absolutely beautiful space. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely return if nearby again otherwise I’ll be ordering online!
