Got recommended this place by a friend.We came in on boxing day so no reservation was needed.Service was excellent and food was even better.Probably the best burger I've ever had, food was local and fresh ,good value for money!Definitely Padstow's hidden gem!!

Visited as a party of 13 for the birthday of one of the group. Food was good but very over priced. My husband had one of the burgers £18.95 and I had the same burger but ‘naked’ as offered on the menu. So no burger brioche bun but a few salad leaves instead. My meal was £18.95 plus £3.95 for it to be ‘naked’!! Gin was £13.00 plus £3.95 for the tonic mixer. A coke was over £5.00! Service wasn’t the best. One of the waiters could do with customer service training. And to add to that a service charge of £60+ was added to the bill! We did ask for it to be removed, which it was but not before the waiter loudly exclaiming to all present in the restaurant that he could ask for the charge to be removed. Definitely won’t be returning - ridiculously overpriced and hidden charges.

What a hidden gem!I have been to padstow many times over the years and can’t believe I have never been here!The food was absolutely incredible with flavours out of this world. The octopus stew has to be one of the tastiest meals I have had in a very long time!Thank you for such a wonderful evening to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary and 12 years together. We even had a complementary little pudding to have with our cocktails.Can’t wait to return!

Booked ahead but no need as a quiet Wednesday evening. Dog friendly. Really lovely atmosphere, soft music and candles lit, a lovely space to dine in the evening.However, I advised on my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy intolerant) and was greeted with "oh no, you're one of those". Very disappointed to hear this from what appeared to be a senior member of waiting staff.However, my intolerances were accommodated for and food was very nice.Although a gluten free bun could have been provided, I asked for 'the naked', a salad alternative. I was shocked to be charged £3.90 extra. No bun, less salad as was only given lettuce leaf and onion, no tomato which would have been included in the burger if I had it in a bun. Absolutely blown away with this restaurant! The food, the choices, the ambience, the service and the quality of this place is unrivalled. Loved, loved, loved every mouthful, the best chips ever, great naked burger option that tasted devine with the bean burger. An absolute find, well worth at least one nights dining, we did two nights and considering a third on our three day trip! Thank you Burgers & Fish, exceptional in every way!

Lovely staff who let us in with our dog... super friendly and great service! The food was delicious and tasted really fresh. We thought it was a bit overpriced for a burger and fish and chips, but that's what most of the restaurants in padstow charge so we weren't surprised and still had a lovely meal. The staff really make the restaurant!

Popped in for a burger. And it was great flavour combination. Ordered a Full English with smoked bacon and crispy egg. It was epic. Get Padstow IPA beer it goes well together. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. Best chicken burger I think I’ve ever had and a lovely espresso martini. Highly recommend.

Burgers were good, but they they should be - how can you get a burger wrong? Slack service - waiter plonks the bottle of wine on the table and doesn't even open it for us. Two burgers/fries, bottle of water and a bottle of wine +£90! Save your money and go eat at McD's for a whole week instead.

Amazing food and service. Veggies will love the black bean burger with cheeky extras of cheddar cheese and a friend egg! The diabolito burger was also tasty especially with a delish Padstow IPA to wash it down! Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely meal while on holiday with the family. The meals we had are in the restaurant name…Cheeseburger & sea bream. Both were excellent. Top drawer service by the waiting staff who were very attentive. If I was let down by anything…it was the poor quality napkin on the table. The restaurant was quality and in my opinion every detail should convey that. Still, a great time had by all. Will definitely be calling again. ??

The restaurant is nice from the outside tucked away from the main street. Waited for approx 10 mins to be seated as they were short staffed, then the waiting game continued for the menu and then ordering. 4 x slices of cake, 2 x hot chocolate, 2 x mocha for two adults and two children cost £50. Rip off prices for food that should cost half that.
