Excellent customer service. Very accommodating if you have dietary restrictions. They went out of their way to make our experience a good one. Would go back again.

Sadly this pub has gone the same way as many others in the area. Over priced and poor quality. I had the home made chilli. Very disappointing, I thought it was strange that I had to remove a large bay leaf from the food at the beginning and then I realised that this must had been a bolagnaise sauce for the home made chilli which they had just dumped kidney beans in. The rest of the families food was mediocre too I’m sad to say. If you want a beer and watch sky sports this is the place. If you want a nice quality well prepared meal - find somewhere else.

Fantastic meal. There were 12 of us celebrating a birthday and we had incredible service and felt completely spoilt. We all opted for the Sunday carvery which was delicious and all plates were cleared.

Sadly the staff weren’t very attentive, left us stood waiting whilst they had a good chat with their colleagues. We walked out in the end as they insisted that we should pay for swapping the garlic bread for chips even though they were the same price - that’s just profiteering.

This is lovely pub friendly, food was good and very good value so I can recommend it.Only wish I had read reviews before going,We went on three occasions,so hoping the parking fine,(Appeal turned down)is the only one I get ,so cannot give 5stars.

This pub is definitely worth a try. We're a family who are quite particular about our eating out so when I say the food was great, it really was. My son and husband had the farmers burger and they said it was better than the Rick stein burger that they had at the start of our holiday. So thays saying something! I had the pizza which was stone baked and fully loaded. Yummy. Our wonderful waitress Kelly was amazing and really looked after us, she was so friendly and welcoming as we're the other staff. Thanks for the memories. We'll be back xOh and kids eat free Monday to Thursday I think Kelly said but unfortunately my kids are well into their adults menus now.

Visited in June, its been a regular for us whilst on our annual camping trip. Unaware of new parking arrangements meant I received a £100 fine in October. Certainly won't be gong back!

This has to be the best Pub food in Cornwall. Its rare you get more that you wanted or expected. The service was very friendly, the kids ate for free, and the food was excellent quality and very satisfying portions. Sam and the team were great, highly recommended.

Whilst on holiday in Trevone we passed this little pub on a day out, so we decided the following evening to go there for a meal. The daughter booked us a table for 6 of us, and we had two dogs as well( which were welcome). Upon entering the pub we had to watch our heads as it's an old building and obviously low beams but was really cosy inside with a lovely old fashioned cooking range in the fireplace. After we sat down at our table the staff were very friendly and professional, they told us about the new menu and also about the new Thursday night Pizza challenge which one of my grandsons decided to go for ( eat as much pizza as you can for a fixed one if price, once you finish a pizza you order your next one if you can manage it and eat that, keep going until you can't eat no more, and at the mo 16 slices is the most, my grandson managed 13, not bad for a 12yr old, so his name is on the leaderboard) . We ordered out meals and was amazed at the portion size, which was excellent value for money, and the chips were second to non. All in all a very enjoyable meal and a wonderful atmosphere ( and a very busy place too) and we was disappointed that we would only be there the once as we were heading home the day after, but rest assured that then next ti ever are in the area on holiday we will definitely be calling back for more Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful meal and drinks. Unfortunately no photos to accompany the review as we was too busy enjoying ourselves

I have used this premises many times over the last 9 years where parking was never a problem. I went there on July the 2nd 2023 and had a meal with my son. Unknown to me the business had changed its parking arrangements which meant I was required to register my car as being in the car park for legitimate reasons, but like many others I suspect, did not observe the tiny signs confirming this requirement, so was completely oblivious to this new ruling. I must stress that when I ordered my meal no staff members appraised me of this new parking arrangement. The meal I ordered cost approx. £47.00 but following the fine, I received a further £170.00 in parking fines. The meal was average and was not worth £217.00. This review has been posted due to the fact that when I was aware of the fine I contacted the Farmers Arms on 3 occasions to resolve this but I never had anyone call me back. I paid the fine as I did not want to get a bad credit record. When I attended on that date there were only 6 other cars in the car park, which could probably accommodate up to 50 cars. The issue of persons using this car park for parking to attend other premises in the area was not an issue as this was outside of the busy holiday period. For me this a clear example of no one wanting to look at this from a common sense point of view and my opinion now is that the Framers Arms are using this new approach as a way of generating other income streams as it does not respect and value customers who have supported them over an extended period of time. I will not be attending this premises ever again and will advise all of my friends and family to avoid going there due to my experience. If you do go to this premises please ensure that you do log your car details with staff so you do not have to endure the same experience I have had to go through.

Absolutely fabulous. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and dog friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stop after a beach walk. Will definitely be back.
